The PAP Women's Wing has called on husbands and adult working children to make regular voluntary tops-up to the CPF accounts of their stay-home mothers. The women's wing also asked Government to do more to help stay-home mothers take advantage of Skills Future initiatives.
I felt that the PAP women's wing had brought up a very important issue and by asking the government to top up to the CPF accounts for the stay-home mothers is a good thing. Even though, some mother do want to take up skill sets from the community center to further upgrade themselves in certain aspect. So the government could support with CPF top up and stay-home mother could use this amount to apply for courses to upgrade their skills set.
